Dear Investor,
As a volunteer driven and directed non-profit organization, we rely on our members/investors for their expertise, ideas and energy in order to achieve our mission and related goals.
The committees, task forces, teams and councils have been structured to provide mutual benefits for both your chamber and the individual participating. Please look through this publication to see where your talents can be best utilized. A volunteer profile has been included for your completion and return to our office.
If you are concerned about the time commitment remember even one extra hour a year will add value to your chamber. Several of our committee volunteers have found their involvement a great way to meet new friends and establish profitable business relationships.
Please remember, together we will accomplish what none of us can individually.
Sincerely,
Robert DuBois Executive Director

Ways and Means
Membership dues (investments) account for less than 40% of our operating budget. In order for the Chamber to remain an effective force within the community, the remaining balance must be raised by volunteers within our organization. Thus, the Ways and Means Committee is charged with organizing and scheduling the many fundraisers and sub-committees needed to achieve our goals.
Vision 1. To generate annually increasing funds allowing the Chamber to expand its services to members (investors), residents and visitors. 2. Within these efforts, give members the opportunity to generate additional business through promotion/sponsorship exposure and through networking opportunities among committee volunteers.
Goals To raise $70,000 this year in non-dues income.
