The Chamber provides several opportunities to become more involved in our organization. As a non-profit organization we are volunteer driven. The success of the Chamber is dependent upon member interest and involvement. Your participation with one of our events or committees can make the difference.
The following are just a few of the activities where your expertise may help:
Government Affairs Committee
our instrument to improve the business climate by working with local, state and federal officials.
Tourism Team
responsible for promoting and marketing the Yarmouth Area
Business Development Committee
committee charged with economic revitalization, works cooperatively with Government Affairs Committee
Ways & Means Committees
works to raise funds through a variety of different events, i.e. spring auction, golf tournament, vegas nights, fiesta shows, Cape Cod Family Fair, etc.
Council of Investors
individuals work to promote the benefits of chamber Membership/Investment
Newsletter
individuals plan, write and edit the quarterly newsletter
Special tasks and assignments -There are many issues, tasks and projects that arise over the year and your talents and experience may prove to be helpful to the Chamber.
